J S
Hello, A location we support has nitro pro. Each time they open a pdf file it creates a dawncache folder and a gpucache folder. As these folders are appearing in their personal and onedrive folders the users do not like this. How would one stop these folders from appearing? Ian Fiebig
I've got similar user reports, and I see this is a recurring issue. I know at least one user experiencing this is creating PDFs from outlook, and Show in-product messages is unchecked. Previous examples.
