Unable to upgrade v13 to v14 (double license pack)

Hi, when I try to upgrade my Nitro (n. 2 serial) from v13 to v14, system say me:

Non siamo riusciti a convalidare il tuo numero di serie. Assicurati di averlo inserito correttamente. Se ritieni di essere idoneo per un upgrade, lascia un post sul nostro Forum della community e aggiornaci sul tuo problema.

Please help me!

Please send me the serial number you were trying to use to upgrade so I can check.
