Becky Royal Posted April 5 Report Share Posted April 5 We recently moved from Adobe to Nitro Pro, we have one customer that created a document for us to sign, everyone can open and view fine except for us. When we open it, the text they input is blue / or n in place of the text. It can be opened in various other pdf softwares including Foxit and adobe but not nitro. Any ideas why this is the case?
