Upgrade Issue - "We were unable to validate your serial number."

Hello everyone!

I have tried to do an upgrade from v13 to v14 but when I insert my serial number into the site, it comes back with this error:

We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.

Anyone here could help me out?

We can see you were able to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14.
