Need Help Reinstalling Nitro Pro 12

I had to reinstall Windows 10.  Before doing so, I deactivated my Nitro Pro 12 license.  Now I cannot reinstall.

I tried submitting a support ticket and it asked me to enter the serial number.   When I did, it said the license was Active and there were 0 activations .  The only option was to "Deactivate" but there is nothing to select to deactivate.

There is no number to call, I can't submit a support ticket, and the only way to get help is to post on this forum? WTH?

Please help.

After checking your records, we can see you were able to upgrade the serial number 234600-uvwxyz-172886 to Nitro PDF Pro 14 last April 12th.
