Karl Pearson Posted April 6 Report Share Posted April 6 I had to reinstall Windows 10. Before doing so, I deactivated my Nitro Pro 12 license. Now I cannot reinstall. I tried submitting a support ticket and it asked me to enter the serial number. When I did, it said the license was Active and there were 0 activations . The only option was to "Deactivate" but there is nothing to select to deactivate. There is no number to call, I can't submit a support ticket, and the only way to get help is to post on this forum?
