Michael Zephyr Posted April 8 Report Share Posted April 8 Hello, I am using Nitro v12. I received an email from Nitro that my version is outdated and to upgrade to v14. I got my Nitro v12 serial number: Help > About NitroPro I went to the Upgrade page: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade Then I enter my valid v12 serial number and get this message: We were unable to validate your serial number. Please ensure you entered it correctly. If you believe you are eligible for an upgrade, please leave a post on our Community Forum and update us with your issue.
