Unable to transfer licence to new PC - "Serial Number doesn't exist"

I halve a new PC , now windows 11 but get "Serial Number doesn't exist"

Tried to raise a support ticket but the link to issue ticket keeps going to the web support. HOW DO I CONTACT SUPPORT?

NB I still using Nitro on my ole backup laptop

Are you having issues activating your Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504982-uvwxyz-214014 on your new machine?

If yes, the error you are receiving is commonly caused by installing a different version of Nitro PDF Pro. To fix this, kindly uninstall your current Nitro Pro through Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features and reboot your machine.

Then please download Nitro PDF Pro 13 using these installers:

x64   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number, and clicking Activate.
