Dale Novstrup Posted April 9 Report Share Posted April 9 Upgrade from 13 to 14 error "unable to validate your serial number". I obtained the serial number when I purchased Nitro Pro 13. I also obtained a Cleverbridge reference number. The serial number is good according to the web site "https//licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal". The site shows Version 13, Status Active, Number of Activation 0, and Number of Activations Allowed 2. The Nitro web site recognizes the serial number then turns around and the upgrade website https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade says they are unable to validate the serial number.
