Inserted photos in a pdf file are not displayed or printed

Hello everyone,

In addition to text passages, several photos are also inserted in a pdf file.
These do not appear on the screen when the file is opened, the sections within the pdf file are displayed as empty. There is also no printout of the photos. What is the reason for this?
We use Nitro PDF Pro (14.7.1.21) x64
If you open the file with other pdf applications, the photos appear and are printed.
Does anyone have any experience?

Update:
The application with which the PDF file was created is Adobe LiveCycle Designer 11.0. The PDF file itself displays an Adobe XML Form Module Library in the background.

Printed on Lexmark M3100 Series with Universal v2 (2.10.0.5) printer driver.
