Hi Nitro,

 

I just started using a new computer and need to getting going with my Nitro.

I downloaded the software, but cant seem to reactivate my license.

Let me know if I need to get going again.

To further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with?

You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.7.60) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column.

Sorry to hijack this thread but I cannot activate Nitro Pro V13 on my new computer. I tried to create a new topic but that does not seem to work either (cannot select forum). I have Nitro Pro 13.15.1.282 on my old laptop and a serial no starting with 504945. When I try to activate the license I receive msg 'serial number entered does not exist'. I am sure this is the correct serial number. Why is it so difficult to migrate Nitro to a new computer?!

To assist you further, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
