Upgrade Issue with v13 key - "We were unable to validate your serial number."

 Good evening, I am also unable to access the update from v13 to v14.  I paid for the version about two years ago and I have it on one computer; I have one more activation available but I cannot download either v13 or v14 as I get an error message.   I had a response that I had to upgrade to v14.  (even though v13 still works on one of my PC's?)


I tried this upgrade  with my SN:   50..............2 into this link above and it provides the same result.  

Please help with either activating my 1 remaining license or upgrading to 14.

We've had an issue with our Update Portal, but it has already been fixed. Could you please try again on your end?

If the same issue persists, please provide the serial number you want to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14.
