Same issue with me when I tried to upgrade from v13 using the 18-digit serial number.

Please advise.

We've had an issue with our Update Portal, but it has already been fixed. Could you please try again on your end?

If the same issue persists, please provide the serial number you want to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14.
