HI this does not work for me ? I think I am Nitro 12 ? says unable to validate my serial number. I'm using nitro Pro.

We've had an issue with our Update Portal, but it has already been fixed. Could you please try again on your end?

If the same issue persists, please provide the serial number you want to upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 14.
