Error: 24 Activation

Dear Sir,

Trying to activate Nitro 12 and I facing error "24: Activation" when attempting to activate. When I try to submit a ticket and enter my serial key it gives me the following error. 

licenses.gonitro.com please enter a valid serial number.

I recently had my hard drive replaced, but I do have my order number and serial number to provide support if needed.
