Are you trying to reinstall your Nitro Pro 11? If yes, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. You can send the license details in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible in this thread. I think what I did (I am not too good with this stuff) is download Nitro to my new laptop. It seemed to recognise me because it has my profile on there, but I cant see how to move from basic to Pro.
