I have a NitroPro account but when I try to install it onto my new laptop only the basic version appears with an invitation to upgrade to Pro.

I have logged in using my Pro User name and Password.

Help would be appreciated

Thank you

B.

Hello @Barrie Green,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Are you trying to reinstall your Nitro Pro 11?

If yes, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the license details in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible in this thread.

Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Allain

Thanks for getting back to me.

I think what I did (I am not too good with this stuff) is download Nitro to my new laptop.

It seemed to recognise me because it has my profile on there, but I cant see how to move from basic to Pro.

My serial number is 234601-uvwxyz-478229

Many thanks

Kind Regards

Barrie

Hello @Barrie Green,

Could you please check the 'About Nitro PDF Pro' window under the Help tab?

Do you have the Nitro PDF Pro 14.22 build installed?

Allain

My Desktop has Nitro Pro 14.22.1.0 installed, but when I attempt to install on to my second Laptop it says maximum number of licenses would be exceeded.

This is odd because with Nitro Pro 11 there was no such restriction?

Is it possible to temporary de-licence Laptop 1, when using Laptop 2, but without having to go into Laptop 1 to do that?

B.

Hello @Barrie Green,

Thank you for this information.

After checking our licensing server, we found that you activated the program twice on April 29th, only 17 minutes apart.

Did you make these activations on a single machine?

That is possible. I can't remember because this is so confusing. What I am trying to do is upgrade my Nitro 11, which I had on 1 desktop and 2 laptops (all mine- only one user).

I paid the upgrade fee for Nitro 14 and I have managed to install on to Desktop and on to Laptop No.1.

When I try to install onto Laptop No.2 - I get the message about the license.

I would be grateful if we could now resolve this as quickly as possible.

Thank you

B.

Hello @Barrie Green,

To further assist you, we adjusted your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro 14 on your laptop by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number, and clicking Activate.

Please let us know how it goes and if you need anything else. We appreciate your business.

Hello, I have just purchased a new Desktop.

I deactivated Nitro Pro from my old Desktop and tried to activate on new Desktop ,

The message said that I had exceeded the License limit, but when I tried to re-activate on the old Desktop I got the same message!

Could you help please.

Thank you

Barrie
