I upgraded my computer and am unable to activate my old license (version 9)

HELP!  I am experiencing the exact same issue.  My Nitro product is Version 9 and I can't activate.  Nor can I find anywhere to get help.  I am currently running the trial version and it's going to expire on me soon!
