Tax documents I receive through my accountant's Share file portal shows gibberish

I am experiencing the same problem.  In particular, tax documents I receive through my accountant's Sharefile portal are displayed with a gibberish font set.  I am currently using the version 14.22.1.0 (Windows 10) desktop PC.   One thought is NitroPro no longer supports RMS protected PDF documents in the latest software update.  I am very interested in a solution as I have tax forms to file.
