Javier Hernández
I have purchased the latest version of NitroPFD (14.22.1.0) When I open some PDFs the program freezes for a long time, and freezes again as soon as I want to scroll. I HAVE ALREADY TRIED the solution that you usually give in the forum (cleaning tool, runtimeC++ and new installation). I have ALSO tried another solution that I saw on the forum by modifying a registry entry network_disk_enabled from /b 0 to /b 1 (it was proposed for a client who, like me, used a VPN). This last solution seemed to have solved the problem and I was able to work quite well for a while, but now again the program freezes. I use nitroPDF for my work and if this is not resolved, I will have no choice but to ask for a refund. I hope you answer me, thank you

Official Nitronaut Joseph Capiral Posted May 9 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted May 9 Hi @CALVIN HUGHES Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums. I understand that you are experiencing crashes using Nitro PDF Pro 14. Please be informed that we don't have a phone number, and we are not able to call you at the moment. I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you: - What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab - Does it happen when you are working on specific files? - Are you getting any error messages when the program crashes? Thank you.
