Documents aren't rendering properly

I have a legacy version, I assume, of PDFpenPro v. 12.2, bought from Smile in 2021. For some time now, on my primary desktop (Mac Pro Late 2013 running Monterey 12.7.4), documents are so blurry as to be almost unreadable. This is happening with all documents. I have tried to check for updates, but that process always fails. I can't find other instances of this problem through online searches, and I've gone through all the app menus searching for a resolution setting, to no avail. Can anyone help with a fix for the problem? Thanks very much!

I have the same issue.  I just paid $35 to update to pdfpen 12, and it is not rendering documents clearly on my macbook pro running Mac 10.13.  I want my money back!
