I have not received a confirmation email. I have tried to log into Nitro Pro to use the software, however it is still asking for me to pay the subscription. I have written to get******@gonitro.com or team******@gonitro.com no answer. Was there an error in the email that I submitted? Please address ASAP OR REFUND MY MONEY!
