Rose Hajduk Posted October 1 Report Share Posted October 1 I purchased "Nitro Productivity Suite - Includes Nitro Pro for desktop PDF productivity and Nitro Sign for unlimited eSignatures". When I log into Nitro Sign, all of the esignature tools have a lock icon next to them. When I click on "sign" or "request signature" I get the message "Upgrade to Nitro Pro Business or Nitro Sign Premium to unlock additional features, integrations and more!". The package I bought states that Nitro Sign for unlimited eSignatures is included and I still have the invoice. How can I send for eSignatures again?
