At the moment, there's no function in the Nitro Pro add-in for Outlook that converts and attaches the email to an existing PDF file with just one click. A possible workaround would be to convert the email via the Nitro Pro add-in and then add it to the PDF file using the combine tool (Open Nitro Pro > Home > Combine).
