Citrix Print manager service stops




We have nitro pro 11 installed on our xenapp 6.5 server (2008 r2). this is deployed using citrix. every time a user launches nitro via citrix the citrix print manger services stops.


event log error (system)

The Citrix Print Manager Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s).

I have upgraded the nitro version from to as suggested by nitro support. Same problem still exist.
