Stamps not working

Version pro-11 Windows 10

Create a new stamp - shown as a blank box in the Custom field - this problem has been raised since May at least.

Single click on the blank box - just closes the Stamps Screen.

Double click and it dumps the stamp wherever the cursor happens to be.  Previous versions allowed it to be positioned with the cursor.

Stamp does not appear in the Recently Used areas.

 

Create a new stamp with a jpg file.

This shows in the Custom box and the Recently used area but both a single click and double click just close the Stamps Screen and it cannot be inserted into the document.

This all worked well in Version 10 but Version 11 is a mess.

This is a known problem - why has it not been fixed in a very recent release.
