I create pdf in very good quality with Microsoft-Word-Nitro-Plugin. Then I use Nitro to create a jpg. Works perfect. It is the easiest and best way to get a Word-Dokument transformed into a oicture.
Now my printing house demands to add width and height to A4-Document ("bleed"). I do this in Microsoft Word:
before change: 21.0 x 29.7 cm
after change: 21.2 x 29.9 cm
Microsoft Word insists that this is still A4 but keeps my settings. If I do "save pdf" now by using the Microsoft-save-as-pdf-feature I get a poor-quality but 21.2 x 29.9 cm size pdf.
If I save with nitro pro, nitro cuts document back to 21.0 x 29.7 cm.
I think this is something you should fix, at least I would be grateful.
