Paper Size in Custom Settings

Hi how are you doing?

I tried to convert a MS file with paper size 2.92 x 22 to PDF but it doesn't convert properly. Instead of the size I put in the custom paper size, when I converted it, It become the normal size of paper 8.5 x 11. It also happens in 3.88 x 10 or 4.25 x 10.

How can I possibly convert that it will gonna be converted to the actual custom size I want?
