We have purchased Nitro PDF and we are trying to convert PDF documents to excel and I see 2 issue

1. my header does not come across

2. any symbols do not come across.

 

Is there a way to do this or do we have to recreate the header and insert the shapes in excel.

Generally, Nitro should be able to detect and carry over headers/footers to your Excel sheet.

There's one thing to check before you submit a ticket- go to File, Preferences, Conversion, Plain text, and make sure "Detect and convert headers and footers" is selected.
