Save & Auto Generate Frequently Used Text

I add the same text (instructions, addresses, phone numbers) to PDF forms multiple times a day. In Adobe I have the ability to save any frequently used text in the "Fill & Sign" function's name/address/phone text fields. In Nitro Pro is there a way to save text once, and drag and drop it into any future PDF on demand?

I'm not sure if there's a thing exactly like that, but if your form fields are named the same (or you use the same document over & over again), you can export & import your form answers to a file.  This way you can import the answers back into your file without re-typing.

To access this, go to the Forms tab, and choose Import or Export.
