karlo
Hello. I am using Nitro Pro 9.5.3.8. When I perform an OCR conversion, the resulting pdf is double-imaged, like seeing a document with double-vision. When I Find a word, I find it twice, one instance of the word superimposed on the other. How do I prevent this double-imaging?
Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted September 13, 2017 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 13, 2017 Hello @karlo, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! The quality of the conversion is also highly dependent on the quality of the original scan/PDF. If you have a copy of the original file, or if you can recreate the file to get a higher quality PDF, that will give you better results. Here is a helpful link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/increase/000001590 Also, this function has been improved in Nitro Pro 10 and 11. If you would like to trial our latest product, Nitro Pro 11, you can download it from here: It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF Reader. Hope that helps!
