Custom stamps not showing in the windows

I use stamps a lot on my business documentation.  With the upgrade to NitroPro 11.0.3.173, only the canned stamps are showing.  None of my custom stamps are, but if I click on the blanks, I will get a stamp on my document.  I takes a lot of time to keep "fishing" for them.  I submitted three requests through "Report a Problem", the most recent a few minutes ago, and have never gotten a reply.  I see that others have had the same problem but there is no information as to what needs to be done to correct the problem.  It is wasting a great deal of my time and have had to resort to manually entering the information that I would normally be able to use my stamps for.  How long does it normally take for someone to respond to a help request?

The custom stamps issue is called out as a problem in Nitro 11.0.3.173, but not mentioned in any later updates, so there's a chance it's been fixed in one of those updates- which version are you on? Also, is it every custom stamp or only newly created ones that have this issue?
