Ticket support not working

Hi there!

I would like to submit a ticket but it is not working out. When submitting the system tells me that there went "something wrong". Is there another way to contact Nitro for support?

Hi Sebas, Thanks for using the Community to reach out to us.

I have started further investigating issues when logging tickets. Could you tell me what web browser you were using? 

I will also log a ticket for you so one of our Support Representatives will get back to you shortly.

Hi Laura,

Thank you for your quick answer! I was using IE11 for submitting the ticket. I will wait for an email from support i suppose? The problem wich i wanted to report has something to do with a lost license after a reinstallation before deactivating the license. Thanks in advance!
