You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 10.X.X.X)- Does it occur to a specific file or all files?- Are these file/s saved on your machine or are you pulling them from a shared drive? - If the issue is file-specific , do you mind sending us the file? - Does it come back if you wait for it to load or are you receiving the 'Our Apologies' crash report?
