Can't Activate After Hard Drive Crash

I purchased Nitro Pro sometime ago.  My hard drive crashed a couple of days ago.  I installed a new hard drive and installed the latest version of Nitro 10 (  When I try and activate it tells me that the license number is already used and that I have reached the maximum number of installations.

I also submitted a support ticket yesterday but I still haven't received a response.  Is there an easy way to fix this without having to wait for Nitro to respond?

I'm not likely to purchase this software in the future if I have to jump through all these hoops just to get the software working again.

Thanks for posting on our community forums and raising a support ticket!

Normally, you can move a license from one machine to another (here is the article). But since you had a hard drive crash and there's no way to deactivate your license from your end, you really need to contact support so we can free it up for you. 

I found your ticket and answered your query. Please try to activate again and let me know how it goes.
