Mitch Posted October 19, 2017 Report Share Posted October 19, 2017 I purchased Nitro Pro sometime ago. My hard drive crashed a couple of days ago. I installed a new hard drive and installed the latest version of Nitro 10 ( 10.5.9.14). When I try and activate it tells me that the license number is already used and that I have reached the maximum number of installations. I also submitted a support ticket yesterday but I still haven't received a response. Is there an easy way to fix this without having to wait for Nitro to respond? I'm not likely to purchase this software in the future if I have to jump through all these hoops just to get the software working again. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
