Sounds like your copy has been deactivated, probably with a Windows update (it could be a lot of different factors). Please activate your program with your serial number before using it with your files again. Please note that with previous version of Nitro Pro, the trial versions placed these branded watermarks on them. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. This is not something that we do any longer. These watermarks cannot be removed as easily so I would recommend recreating any PDFs. I strongly recommend trying out the trial version of Nitro Pro 11 for this. You can download it from here: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/try It will run as a full featured product for 14 days! After that, if you choose not to purchase it, you can still use it as a PDF Reader.
