Print Preview problem with large files

Hi Team,

One of our users has reported an issue with Nitro Pro 11.0.5.271.  With very large documents the print preview is not snapping to a page boundary, instead it will print preview from you were scrolled to in the document, thereby cropping the information around it.  The PDF in question is approximately 52 Mb and close to a thousand pages.  However the issue also occurs on much smaller pages.

Another issue effecting the same user is if he wants to print multiple pages side by side, in landscape it will instead put portrait above portrait on the printed out page.

Please advise if you need screenshots vs perhaps photos of printed page to assist with troubleshooting.
