Question

CM Pools

When I share a document, it never shows up in the e-mails that I request it be shared with.

Can you please clarify if you are using Nitro Cloud? If you are, have you tried checking the spam folder? Can you please describe your step by step process and let us know the results you are getting? Is this happening to any file you share and to any email address you send it to? Or are there any trends related to this that you are observing? Screenshots will also be very helpful.

Hi,

I'm actually using Nitro free 10 day trial. Could that be the reason the sharing doesn't work. When I did share I used the "Share Documents from Nitro Cloud."

I just tried the sharing option again sending it to my company e-mail and my personal e-mail. I received in my personal e-mail in the deleted folder. It has never come through on my work e-mail.
