Problem printing from Revit 2018

Hi,

I'm a new user, using the trial version of Nitro Pro (version 11.0.3.173). I'm trying to print from within Revit 2018 (all available updates installed) using the Nitro PDF Creator (Pro 11) 'printer'.

A small Nitro PDF Creator window appears on the screen, but what I assume is a progress bar does not move. If I expand the window then it shows the details of what I'm trying to print but it is stuck at Creating PDF. Screenshot attached below.

I get the same result whether I try and print a single sheet, or a sheet set.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

This issue was already escalated to our Engineering team and is currently being evaluated.

I recommend for the mean time simply installing PrimoPDF, Please note that this does not change your workflow at all, apart from having to choose PrimoPDF as the printer when printing to PDF.

PrimoPDF is our free virtual printer for PDF creation however it uses different technology to Nitro Pro to create the PDF documents. It can be installed simultaneously with Nitro Pro. Please use Nitro Pro 11 for everything else.
