Rebekah Blanton Posted November 29, 2017 Report Share Posted November 29, 2017 I just bought a new Windows 10 based computer and I love using nitro but I cannot get the files to preview in folders when Nitro is set up as my default PDF viewer. I am trying to edit Preview Handlers in Registry Editor however, Nitro Preview Handler does not even show up. Is there a key I can add for Nitro Pro 11 for Preview Handlers? If so what is it? Power User Steven Zakulec Posted November 30, 2017 Power User Report Share Posted November 30, 2017 Hmm- I just checked, and on Windows 10/Outlook 2016, I can preview PDFs. I went to a folder with lots of PDFs in it, and I switched to Large Icons, and the icons change to the first page in the document. My suggestions here would be to try one or more of the following: Repair Nitro: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000001641 Fix the Office add-ins: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/answers/Nitro Pro/000001584 (The link says just PDF Creator, but the Office addins are an option in the tool there).
