windows 10 fall update + activation

Hi. I started getting issues with activation errors on Nitro 10. Everything worked fine for months but all of a sudden I started getting requests to activate the software--even though it has always been activated. I think the fall upgrade might be the issue. How do I get this fixed? I can switch to a free pdf version of software but I paid for Nitro pro and upgraded a few times over the years. I am legal owner of the software and security issues shouldn't interfere with my ability to use it.

Tried support for Nitro pro direct and Cleveridge and one tells me to contact the other and vice versa.
