Nitro Support Case - 00152992 - Problem with activation.

Hello.  I have Nitro Pro 10.  I uninstalled one of the licenses and reinstalled it on a new computer.  I upgraded Windows 10 Home to Pro and now Nitro Pro 10 will no longer activate.

@quaningeneva we cleared your license so you should be able to successfully activate it but our records show that you're repeatedly deactivating it. I'm not sure what exactly is going on on your end so please use our cleanup tool to remove all traces of Nitro Pro 10 off your computer and then re-install it. 

To use our clean-up tool, please follow the directions below: 
1. Unzip the following file: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip
2. Copy the .vbs script to any local spot on your machine such as your Desktop.
3. Double-click the file to run/execute the script.
4. Reboot your computer.
Note: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000002038

Once your computer is turned back on, your can reinstall Nitro Pro 10 by using the installers posted on the following article: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/installer/000001632

Now you should be able to activate it by following the steps outlined here: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/activate/000001639
