Licence Already in Use

One of my staff had a problem with Windows 10 update and had to download Nitro Pro 11 again. She cannot activate it and gets a message about the licence being in use already.

I've sent all of the details and proof of purchase details from Cleverbridge to Nitro Support but the response is slow and now her trail has ended and she cannot do her work.

In searching for a solution I found many video's on You Tube about key generation and activation codes etc. Do these work?

We're desperate to do something straight away to get her back up and working again so maybe this is a good solution until we get a response from the Nitro support team.

Any other suggestions?
