Print to larger paper

I have Nitro Pro 11. Is there a way to print to a paper that's larger than the PDF and have it scale to fit the page?

I have an 8.5x11 size PDF that I want to print to 11x17. After setting the printer properties to use 11x17 paper and setting the scaling to fit to the page, the properties at the bottom of the print preview screen still shows the PDF and page size as 8.5x11. If printed, it prints to the 11x17 paper, but still leaves the content the same size instead of scaling it to fit to the page.

Under print "Settings" Try to click on "Expand to fill print area". That works for me.

I am trying figure out making this the default for my printing jobs. Most drawings I have are 11" x 14"

Any ideas?

I do have it set to fill the print area, but it instead leaves things the same size.
