Brian McNew Posted December 18, 2017 Report Posted December 18, 2017 Our company has purchased several individual licenses of Nitro Pro over the last few years. Several of those users have since left the company. Is there a way to find out how many licenses have been purchased by our company? If so, can we install the application and use those licenses on systems that are different than the ones they were installed on before? Thanks in advance for any information! Brian McNew

If those licenses were purchased individually by different users who are not longer with your company, you would have to provide a proof of purchase (receipt) for each license or at least know its purchase details (serial number, version of Nitro Pro and purchaser's contact information). Also, our records would have to show that all those licenses have been deactivated as a proof that the users who have left your company are not continuing to Nitro Pro. If you can gather this information, we could work with you to enable you to install and activate them on different systems. I'm also assuming you're talking about Nitro Pro 10 or Nitro Pro 11 since we don't support older versions.

I am not sure that we can gather all of that, since those users would have purchased their copy with a company issued credit card. There is no way for customer support to check those with email addresses that are tied to our company?
