MichelleS 0 Report post Posted December 27, 2017 I just did the latest Windows 10 update (maybe a week ago) and now Nitro is soooooo slow..... 20-30 seconds to open a doc. Its killing me. I have 11.0.7.411. Is there a patch or update to help conquer this? (no other bugs or viruses and happened right after the update) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Our team is aware and has been working on a fix, which is currently in the testing phase. We are projecting the update will be available late January. Happy holidays! Alex.
