Nitro Pro 11 problems

Hi,

I have two Nitro Pro 11 problems:

1:  TYPE TEXT does not appear anywhere. It was under HOME in 10 and supposedly under PAGE LAYOUT in 11.

2: QuickSign does not work. After I add a signature, when I save the file it disappears.

I'm not sure if these problems occurred after upgrading from 10 to 11, or upgrading Windows from 1607 to 1703

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

TYPE TEXT is under Home tab on both Nitro Pro 10 and 11 and is located between Select and QuickSign buttons. See attached image.

Upon checking our records, you activated your Nitro Pro 11 last 27th of April 2017. This means you're still at version 11.0.5.271.

To fix this issue, please update to 11.0.7.411. Download the installer from https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads

And activate using the same serial number.

Nitro Pro didn't  remind me an upgrade was available. - is it suppose to do that?

There appears to be a Check for Updates problem.

When I used Check for Updates before reporting the problem, it said no new updates are available, so I didn't suspect there was an update.

It is now working when I upgraded through your link.

Thanks for your patience.

At this time, our Check for Updates feature is currently unavailable because our development team disabled it and haven’t bring it back. As much as I would like to provide you when this feature will be up again, there is no ETA from their team.

You can find our most up to date version posted from the same link you have accessed from time to time.

Problem seen is "Nitro has encountered a problem and needs to restart"

Nitro pro versión 11.0.7.411 works extremely slow on windows 10 when opening any pdf. I unistalled it completely and re-installled, on the first use it seemed that problem was solved but after rebooting the system the problem persists.

Any ideas on how to solve it?

Microsoft has identified an issue with their fall update of which has caused some programs like Nitro to run slower than normal.

We have decided to release a patch to our 11.0.7 build this January that will contain the fix related to Windows 10 Fall Creator Update issues.

We will let everyone know when is the exact date of this release as soon as we have this information or regularly check our download page to get the next build: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads

A few months ago my product was resinstaled or updated. and none of my product codes would work. Has anyone else had this problem? Was this part of the Fall update? I had to buy another license.

Is your Nitro Pro at build 11.0.7.411? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 11.X.X.X)

If not, please update to this build. You can get the installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/product/downloads
