PRO 10 not worked since mid December , have downloaded a free trial to get me through holiday season but now expired.

I have Nitro Pro 10 which has not functioned since mid December this is a serious pain in the tail, I cannot find a phone number for support and the 'support' part of your website is in a continual 'sales driven' loop.

I have bought and paid (far too much IMHO) for your software through 2 (far too frequent) upgrades and am happy with PRO 10 it does everything I want (well until you did something 'appleish' and try to force me into spending another £133 to 'upgrade' for no additional benefit to me.

I request that you provide me with access to my Nitro Pro 10 again, thank you.

Thanks for posting on our community forums!

Your Nitro Pro 10 license is now good to go.

Please download the latest version of Nitro Pro 10 from here:

For 32-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10.exe

For 64-bit http://install.nitropdf.com/pro10/en/retail/nitro_pro10_x64.exe

If you are unsure if your machine is using 32 or 64-bit, please refer to this link: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/32 or 64 bit/000001874

 After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and enter your serial number.

Many thanks, however having run out of time I have now purchased the upgrade to pro 11. So should be okay (until the next upgrade release)
