Is there a way to set the default link type

My users need to create lots of links within their documents (to other parts of the same document). 

The preferred link seems to be "Invisible Rectangle" 

Every time the link box appears, it goes back to the default of "Visible Rectangle"

Is there a way to set the default link type?
