Let us uninstall and reinstall your PDF Creator. This process should correct the issue. Here are the steps: 1. Close your Nitro Pro. 2. Right-click on the Nitro Pro desktop icon and select Run as Administrator. 3. Go to Help tab > Support Tools > PDF Creation tab and click Nitro PDF Creator button. 4. Installation will be done in the background. Once it's done, you should receive a message 'installation of the printer driver was successful’ 5. Click OK > Close. 6. Rfeigel Posted January 17, 2018 Author Report Share Posted January 17, 2018 Got into Firefox config. Nitro PDF is marked as "modified". If I refresh it, it changes to "default". At this point Nitro will print from Firefox once and then reverts to "modified" and will not print. I'm on a trial version of Nitro and definitely will not purchase. Please try these steps to fix this issue: -Run FireFox in Safe Mode by holding Shift and clicking or opening the program -Try to print -If that works, it means there's a add-in or Extension causing issues.
