Unable to save and convert a google page to a nitro pdf

hi, I am not able to convert and save any google page to a pdf nitro 

 

It works with Internet Explorer

If you're using Google Chrome, I recommend using FireFox in order to use Nitro PDF web plugin. Alternatively, you can use a different PDF viewer for the browser. This is because Nitro Pro has a plugin for Chrome browser but Google no longer support NPAPI which is the platform behind our web plugin. More information can be found below: https://www.chromium.org/developers/npapi-deprecation

If you are having issue converting pages using FireFox, refer to these steps:
-Run FireFox in Safe Mode by holding Shift and clicking or opening the program 
-Try to print 
-If that works it means there's a add-in or Extension causing issues. For me I had to turn off "Primetime Content Decryption Module provided by Adobe Systems, Incorporated"

Hi do you have a phone support so we can fix my problem I don't understand your solution and I am still not able to save a webpage and save it under Nitro

I have the same problem on NitroPro 9. Why hasn't this been fixed? What support is NitroPro providing to fix this which used to work fine?
