If you're using Google Chrome, I recommend using FireFox in order to use Nitro PDF web plugin. Alternatively, you can use a different PDF viewer for the browser. This is because Nitro Pro has a plugin for Chrome browser but Google no longer support NPAPI which is the platform behind our web plugin. More information can be found below: https://www.chromium.org/developers/npapi-deprecation If you are having issue converting pages using FireFox, refer to these steps: -Run FireFox in Safe Mode by holding Shift and clicking or opening the program -Try to print -If that works it means there's a add-in or Extension causing issues.
