Download-Install-Activate After Windows Reset

I recently had to reset Windows and of course lost all of my apps. I downloaded and installed Nitro Pro 11, but there is no option for activating it in Help > About Nitro Pro. I deactivated it on the website (and hit my limit of 2 activations, so now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place?). Nitro Pro takes a long time to load, too. I noticed several other comments about slowness. The Sign Up dialog (hyperlink in upper right corner of the Nitro Pro window) bleeds way over the edge of my monitor. The email address and password text boxes are outside the monitor border, and the enormous window is unresponsive to mouse clicks and trackpad touches. From there, I have to use the Task Manager to close Nitro Pro. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Since you're experiencing multiple issues after the Windows reset and reinstalling your Nitro Pro, I recommend uninstalling using our Clean-tool. Please refer to these steps:

1. Download our Clean Up utility: http://install.nitropdf.com/support/downloads/cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: http://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000001686

2. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't always run from the zip)
3. Run the utility.

4. Reboot your machine
5. Clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

7. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activation and entering your serial number.
